What do you see in the picture in the left hand side?


A positive artist makes his life more coloful or a person tries in vain because he does not have enough power to control his life. Luckily, I have enough fortune to experience both situations. Sometimes our failure is not our fault, sometimes something called destiny rules our life dramatically. However, if I were in these situations again, I would take that chance again no matter what the result because action leads to results, bad or good, but if no action is done, there will be no result.


If I have to describe myself in three words, I would use ambition, wild, and resilient.

About my experience

Most of my professional experience are from Vietnam before I moved to the United States. Some will wonder why a business man now is learning about software development. Hm, I can say that those job gave me lots of lessons, but somehow I did not feel completely satisfied with my jobs. Then, I had another chance to shift my career, I decided I had to learn something to ultimize my logical and critical thinking. This is the main reason why I am in this field, but I don't know what the future hold. Maybe someday I will develop my career as business analytist!

  1. Purchasing Executive at Chan Tin Ltd, Co
    • Sending enquiry for motorcycle and car lubricant to 6 suppliers in Dubai.
    • Negotiating contract term and achieve 5% lower in agreed price.
    • Working directly with Vietnamese forwarder for delivery good and custom clearance.
    • Ensure good well delivered to 10 sale points.
  2. Sales Logistics Intern at IPO Logistics Ltd, Co
    • Contacting with more than 100 customers per week to introduce freight and custom service of IPO.
    • Meeting with 3 potential customers per month to build relationship and advising them the best solution for their trouble/concern in International trade and logistics service
    • Being recognized as one of effective salesman by line manager after internship.
  3. HR Intern at Novaon Digital Group
    • Planning for 5 recruitment requests from leader per week
    • Screening more than 100 CVs and contacting with 20 qualified candidates per week for interview
    • Consolidating internal labor data to explore more insight such as reward scheme is working well or not in comparison with other companies in the same field, effectiveness of recruitment channels.
    • Conducting any other HR activities such as maintaining and updating internal database, onboarding new employees for their first week.
